Stephen J. Vargas

Stephen J. Vargas is a Senior Appellate Counsel at Friedman Vartolo, who has been practicing law since 2009, with extensive experience in foreclosure actions, federal and state appellate practice, federal and state civil litigation, mortgages, and real property title insurance claims. Stephen represents servicers in all aspects of mortgage-related litigation in the appellate and trial courts. Stephen is also involved in several industry trade organizations as a conference and webinar speaker as well as in connection with advocacy efforts concerning legislation and litigation.
