Patrick Martin

Patrick J. Martin focuses his practice in the areas of mortgage default servicing and real estate law, with a primary focus on foreclosure. He also has experience representing national loan servicers in bankruptcy and real estate title litigation.

Prior to joining Friedman Vartolo LLP, Patrick worked for a boutique default servicing firm, where he was the lead foreclosure attorney for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, as well as the lead bankruptcy and litigation attorney for Vermont. Patrick has also represented consumers and small businesses before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.

Patrick attended Marquette University before he graduated from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School with his Juris Doctor. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, and is also admitted to practice in the state courts in Maine.
