Michael Lichtman

Including his time as a paralegal and law clerk, Michael has nearly five years of experience working on New York foreclosures actions, dealing with a variety of matters from first legal through sale and post-sale curatives. As part of the Title Curative Department, Michael represents lenders and servicers in the submission of title claims and effectuation of manual curatives to clear clouds reflecting upon title. He also handles New York quiet title actions involving legal description errors, prior mortgages, other impediments, as well as strict foreclosure actions.
