Kathy McCullough Day is an Associate at Friedman Vartolo, who has been practicing law since 2007. She has been both debtor and creditor counsel and has participated in mortgage foreclosure conferences prior to the pandemic. Kathy focuses on creditor’s rights representation in federal bankruptcy court.
