Katherine Kokkosis

Katherine Kokkosis is a Senior Associate at Friedman Vartolo, managing the REO/Transactional Department. She specializes in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as representation of lenders that participate in residential and commercial lending. Her practice also consists of due diligence, cooperative and condominium law, commercial transactions and foreclosure sales. Katherine has represented sellers and purchasers in multi-million-dollar transactions, developers in new construction projects and has represented many institutional lenders in connection with complex loan closings in addition to being underwriting counsel for a national company.
