Anthony J. Ortiz is Counsel at Friedman Vartolo and has been practicing law since 2017.  Anthony advises clients on all matters regarding title insurance compliance, from origination to underwriting REO transactions. He specializes in New York quiet title actions concerning boundary disputes, trespass, removal of encroachments, descriptions errors, prior mortgage impediments and other clouds on title. Anthony is also experienced in strict foreclosure actions, mechanic and condominium liens and transactional real estate.
