Kelly Forquignon

Kelly Forquignon is the Director of Business Operations at Friedman Vartolo and leads the firm’s billing, technology, administration and mail services departments. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and began her career as a CPA in the audit practice of a Big Four public accounting firm. Kelly has worked at the management level for law firms in the real estate and default servicing industry since 2009. She has experience managing all aspects of accounting, legal billing, case management, information technology and general operations, with a focus on leveraging technology and automation to streamline operations and improve business process efficiency.
