April 12, 2024Suffolk County Decision Holds that FAPA Does Not Apply Retroactively
Partner Zachary Gold obtained another positive decision in Suffolk County as the Supreme Court held that the New York Foreclosure Abuse Prevention Act (“FAPA”) did not apply retroactively.
