Daniel joined Friedman Vartolo as an Associate with experience in residential and commercial real estate litigation, as well as condominium/cooperative law. Prior to joining the firm, he gained substantial trial preparation experience and served as second-chair counsel in administrative proceedings under New York City Loft Law before the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH). Daniel is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the Southern District of New York.
