Sarah McCaffery

Sarah K. McCaffery, Esq. has been practicing in the creditor’s rights field for 13 years. Sarah obtained her J.D. and M.P.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University, after obtaining her B.S. from the University of Alabama – Birmingham. She has twice been named as one of DS News; Top 25 Women in Law and is currently serving on the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court’s Standing Local Rules Committee. Originally from New York City, Sarah now resides in Montgomery County, PA with her teenage son, two cats, and dog. In her free time, Sarah loves to spend time with family and friends, read, and travel.
