Henry P. DiStefano is a Senior Trial Counsel at Friedman Vartolo with experience representing lenders and mortgage servicers in New York since 1998. He has extensive experience in all aspects of NY foreclosure, along with experience in landlord/tenant eviction proceedings, estate proceedings and transactional real estate. Henry concentrates on trials, hearings, and escalated matters, while also overseeing the firm’s Calendar Department.
