Zachary Gold

Zachary Gold is a Partner at Friedman Vartolo overseeing the New York Litigation Department.  He has experience representing lenders and loan servicers in all aspects of litigation in State and Federal Court since 2009.  Zachary frequently advises our clients on regulatory compliance.  He also has extensive experience in defending our clients against alleged violations of federal regulations such as TILA, RESPA and FDCPA.  Zachary’s substantial appellate experience has resulted in landmark decisions that have helped shape foreclosure law.  Prior to joining Friedman Vartolo, Zachary was an associate at a national law firm and served as managing counsel for various lenders and loan servicers.
