Chad Harlan has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in a broad array of commercial litigation matters in both U.S. federal and state courts. In his litigation practice, Mr. Harlan has received judgments for clients in several high profile matters which have been featured as “Notable Decisions” in the New York Law Journal.
Prior to joining Friedman Vartolo, Mr. Harlan worked as a real estate associate at two New York commercial litigation firms. Mr. Harlan attended the George Washington University receiving a juris doctorate and bachelor of business administration, magna cum laude. While in law school, he clerked for multiple government offices and agencies, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General.
